Divisions for delegated administration let you grant limited management permissions to subordinate admin users. Currently supported permissions include business objects, processes, business Roles, and Lead Pool rules. Additional permissions will be supported in future releases.

1. Create a Division for Delegated Administration

• Go to Admin Console > Company Settings > Security Settings > Divisions for Delegated Administration.

• Click the New button to open the creation page.

• In the Basic Information section, enter the division Name, select the managed Org Structure, add Members, and provide a Description.

• In the Delegation Settings section below, add the specific delegated scopes, such as the business objects, processes, and business Roles that this division will manage.

2. Notes

• A user can belong to only one division for delegated administration. Objects created by the user are automatically included in that division’s delegated scope.

• Only System Administrators have access to the Divisions for Delegated Administration management menu.
