Subordinate Teams
Subordinate Teams allow you to assign limited administrative permissions to lower-level sub-administrators. Currently supported permissions include business objects, workflows, business roles, and Lead Pool rules. Additional permissions will be supported in future updates.
1. Create a Subordinate Team
- Navigate to Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > Security Settings > Subordinate Teams.

- In the Basic Information section, configure the team name, managed Org Structure, members, and description.
- In the Subordinate Settings section, define the scope of permissions, such as specific business objects, workflows, or business roles.
2. Important Notes
- A user can belong to only one Subordinate Team. Objects created by the user are automatically included in the team’s managed scope.
- Only System Administrators can access the Subordinate Teams management menu.
