Configure Basic Data Permissions

Navigate to the “CRM Platform Management - Data Permission Management” page in the Admin Console. Click the “Basic Data Permissions” tab to configure permissions by object type:

• Private: All data within the object is visible only to Related Teams (including the owner) and their superiors, with the same permission level (read-only or editable). For example, the “Account” object has strong privacy requirements—its information and follow-up records cannot be modified or viewed by unauthorized personnel.
• Public Read-Only: All data within the object is visible company-wide, but only the data owner, their superiors, and Related Teams with edit permissions can modify it. For instance, the “Products” object is relatively open, allowing all sales personnel to view product details.
• Public Read/Write: All data within the object is fully accessible and editable by all company users.
