1.1 A User Lacks Specific Functional Permissions but Still Sees Related Buttons or Can Perform Restricted Operations (e.g., Unlocking Data Without Permission)

Troubleshooting Approach:
Query all Roles assigned to the user: Admin Roles + Business Roles + “All Employees” permissions.

• Admin Console > Roles and Permissions Management > Admin Functional Permissions: Search for the user to view all assigned Admin Roles.

• Admin Console > Roles and Permissions Management > Business Functional Permissions: Search for the user to review all assigned Business Roles.

• Verify the combined functional permissions from Admin Roles, Business Roles, and the “All Employees” role for the current object (this role is often overlooked during troubleshooting).
