Data Permission Query Tool

The Data Permission Query Tool is designed to check a specified user’s access permissions to specific object records.

Usage Instructions:

1. Navigate to the Admin Console > Data Maintenance Tools > Data Permission Query Tool page.
2. At the top of the page, select the user type, user account, business object, and specific record, then click the [Query] button to execute the search.
3. The system will display all data permission authorization details for the selected record. If the user has no access permissions, the system will indicate “No permissions.”
