Data Permission Query Tool

The Data Permission Query Tool is designed to check a specified user’s access permissions to specific object data records.

Usage Instructions:

1. Navigate to the Admin Console > Data Maintenance Tools > Data Permission Query Tool page.
2. At the top of the page, select the user type, user account, business object, and specific business data you wish to query. Click the [Query] button to execute the search.
3. The system will display all data permission authorization details for the specified data. If the user has no access permissions, the system will prompt “No permissions.”
