1-Minute Quick Data Sharing
1. Creating Sharing Rules
1.1 Navigate to the “CRM Platform Management - Data Permission Management” page in the Admin Console.
1.2 Click the “Data Sharing” tab to access the sharing rule configuration page, then click the “New Sharing Rule” button.
1.3 Taking owner-based rules as an example, select “Based on Data Owner” as the rule type.
1.4 Choose the source employees, departments, user groups, or roles for the data.
1.5 Select the data objects to be shared, such as “Account” or “Contract.”
1.6 Specify the employees, departments, user groups, or roles to whom the data will be shared.
1.7 Set the sharing permissions, including “Read-only” or “Read/Write.”
1.8 Click the “Confirm” button to save the sharing rule.

2. Verifying Sharing Rules
Locate the newly created sharing rule in the data sharing list and ensure its conditions and permission settings meet expectations.
