1-Minute Quick Role Creation


1. Create a Custom Business Role

1.1 Go to the Admin Console: System Management -> Roles Permission Settings -> Business Function Permissions.

1.2 Click the “New Role” button.

1.3 Enter the Role name and Role description, then click “Confirm”.

2. Configure Role Permissions

2.1 On the “Permission Settings” page for the new Role, check the appropriate object operation permissions as needed.

2.2 Click the “Set Field Permissions” link to the right of an object name to customize field-level permissions.

3. Assign Roles to Users

On the “Employee Assignment” page for the new Role, click “Add Employee” to add users to whom you want to assign the Role, then click “Confirm”.

When an employee is assigned multiple Roles, their effective permissions are the union of all assigned Roles. This means the employee receives the combined object permissions and field permissions from every Role assigned to them.
