Quickly Create a Role in 1 Minute
1. Create Custom Business Roles
1.1 Navigate to Admin Console > System Management > Role Permission Settings > Business Function Permissions.
1.2 Click the New Role button.
1.3 Enter the Role Name and Role Description, then click OK.

2. Configure Role Permissions
2.1 On the Permission Settings page of the newly created role, select the required object operation permissions as needed.
2.2 Click the Set Field Permissions link next to the object name to customize field-level permissions.

3. Assign Roles to Users
On the Employee Assignment page of the new role, click Add Employee, select the users to assign, and then click OK.
When an employee is assigned multiple roles, their final permissions are the union of all assigned roles. This means the employee will receive the combined object and field permissions from all roles.
