I. Performing Field Operations (Mobile App)

1. The standard operation interface displays all pending process actions, including:

• Edit object
• Create related objects/Batch create related objects
• Edit sub-object
• Add inspection group

1. Process check-in and check-out: Engineers must check in before performing action items. After checking in, a “Check Out” button will appear. Clicking “Check Out” allows you to reactivate the process by clicking “Check In” again to perform process actions. Clicking “Final Check Out” completes the current process by default.

1. Click “Complete” to finish the standard operation and complete the current node.

II. Performing Field Operations (Web)

1. When the workflow reaches the field standard operation inspection group application node, click [Perform Field Operations] in the to-do list or work order process node application.

2. The standard operation interface displays all pending process actions, including:

• Edit object
• Create related objects/Batch create related objects
• Edit sub-object
• Add inspection group

1. The web version does not support check-in/check-out functionality
