Supports service group engineers to accept, reject, or reassign Work Orders.

  • Rejection

    2. Rejection Notes: Configurable fields for engineers to provide rejection reasons.
  • Reassignment
    1. Reassignment within Service Group: Engineers can reassign Work Orders to other engineers (default limited to group members).
