2. Work Order Process Management
Configure different service processes for Work Orders of various Record Types to deliver personalized service workflows.
For example, assign the “Equipment Repair” process to equipment maintenance Work Orders.Work Order Process Assignment:
Select an existing process or create a new one.
Each Record Type (Work Order type) maps to one service process.
This page displays existing Work Order Record Types and their corresponding Business Processes.
If no process appears (as shown in the illustration), it indicates no process has been created yet.
For Work Order Record Types with pre-assigned processes:
New Work Orders of that type will automatically initiate the process (no additional workflow trigger configuration required).
Click “Create Work Order Process” in the upper-right corner to set up a new process.

2.1 Simplified Process Overview
The service process refers to the standardized workflow for enterprise Work Orders. For companies with multiple Work Order types, simply enable required nodes in the Simplified Process panel (does not consume “Business Process” quotas).

Note: The sequence of Simplified Process nodes is fixed and cannot be reordered. Companies should enable only necessary modules.

2.2 Custom Process (Business Process)
The service process configures Work Order routing workflows. For enterprises with diverse Work Order types, ShareCRM’s after-sales service process utilizes standard Business Processes to implement collaborative multi-person task execution.
