Service Group Dispatcher: Work Order Assignment


Usage Restrictions

  • Requires the Service Group Dispatcher Role permission
  • For Service Group Dispatcher setup, please refer to Work Order Service Group

1. Work Order Assignment (Web)

Access point: To-Do → Pending Assignment Work Orders

To-Do list view configuration: Click the [Settings] button in the upper right corner to customize the displayed fields in the To-Do list, then click [Apply]

  • Select the task data to assign, then click [Assign Work Order]
  • List-based assignment: View engineer availability status, current location, and assigned work order count to improve assignment efficiency
  • Note: Service Group Dispatchers can only assign engineers within their service group

  • Map-based assignment: Based on the work order’s service address, display nearby service resources (including internal personnel or external Service Providers) on the map for proximity-based assignment
  • Note: Map assignment cannot be used when the work order lacks location data

2. Work Order Assignment (Mobile App)

  • Access point: Workbench → Pending Assignment menu (Note: Requires admin pre-configuration)
  • Select the work order to assign, then click [Assign Work Order]
  • Select the engineer and click Confirm to complete assignment
  • Multiple collaborative engineers can be selected

3. Service Group Dispatcher Rejection and Reassignment

  • Service Group Reassignment: Service Group Dispatcher can reassign to another service group
  • Service Group Rejection: The receiving Service Group Dispatcher can reject work orders, which will return to the dispatcher
  • Note: Contact the Service Connector administrator for setup. Reference: Rejection, Reassignment and Reallocation

4. Work Order Reallocation

  • Restriction: Requires the [Reallocate] button function permission. Contact the Service Connector administrator for setup. Reference: Rejection, Reassignment and Reallocation
  • After assignment by a dispatcher or Service Group Dispatcher, work orders can be reallocated. Select the work order and click [Reallocate] in the action area
