Usage Restrictions

• You must have the Service Connector role of Service Group Dispatcher.
• For Service Group Dispatcher setup, see: Work Order Service Group

1. Work Order Assignment (Web)

Operation entry: To‑Do → Work Orders Pending Assignment

To‑Do list view configuration: click the Settings button in the top right to customize which columns display in the To‑Do list, then click Apply.

• Select the task rows to assign, then click Work Order Assignment
• List assignment: view engineers’ online status, current location, and number of assigned work orders to improve assignment efficiency
• Note: Service Group Dispatchers can only assign engineers within their own service group

• Map assignment: based on the work order’s detailed service address, the map shows nearby service resources (internal staff or external Service Provider companies), enabling nearest‑resource assignment.
• Note: Map assignment is unavailable if the work order has no geocoded address.

2. Work Order Assignment (Mobile App)

• Navigate to Workspace → Pending Assignment (note: an administrator must enable this menu in advance)
• Select the work orders to assign, then tap Work Order Assignment
• Select one or more engineers and confirm to assign them
• You can add multiple collaborating engineers

3. Service Group Dispatcher: Rejecting and Reassigning Work Orders

• Service group reassignment: a Service Group Dispatcher can reassign a work order to another service group.
• Service group rejection: the receiving Service Group Dispatcher can reject a work order. Rejected work orders return to the original dispatcher.
• Note: Contact your Service Connector administrator to enable these permissions. See: Reject, Reassign and Transfer

4. Work Order Transfer

• Usage restriction: you need the Transfer permission (Transfer button). Contact your Service Connector administrator to add this permission. See: Reject, Reassign and Transfer
• After a dispatcher or Service Group Dispatcher assigns a work order, they can transfer it again. Select the work order and click Transfer in the actions area.
