Dispatcher: Work Order Assignment
Usage Restrictions
The current logged-in user must meet the following conditions to dispatch work orders:
- Must have the “Dispatcher” role
1. Work Order Assignment (Web)
Operation Entry: To-Do > Pending Assignment Work Orders

To-Do List View Configuration: Click the [Settings] button in the upper right corner to customize the displayed fields in the to-do list columns, then click [Apply].

- Select the task row data to be assigned and click [Assign Work Order].

- List Dispatch: View engineers’ online status, current location, and assigned work order count to improve assignment efficiency. Engineer Information Column Display and Dispatcher Work Order Information Settings

Map Dispatch: Based on the work order’s detailed service address, display nearby service resources (including internal personnel or external Service Providers) on the map to enable proximity-based assignment.

Engineer Location: Automatically captured by the system, including locations from Fieldwork check-ins, work order object check-in components, and work order clock-ins.

Note: Map dispatch cannot be used when a work order lacks location data.

2. Work Order Assignment (App)

Entry Point: Workbench > Pending Assignment menu (Note: Requires administrator pre-configuration. Click “Pending Assignment”).

Select the work order to be assigned and click the [Assign Work Order] button.

Select the engineer and click Confirm to complete the assignment (Map dispatch is not supported in the app).

Multiple collaborative engineers can be selected.

3. Work Order Reassignment

Usage Restriction: Requires the [Reassign] button functional permission. Contact the Service Connector administrator to add this permission.

After a work order is assigned by a dispatcher or service group dispatcher, it can be reassigned. Select the work order to be reassigned and click [Reassign] in the operation area.
