This document uses the Professional Edition of Service Connector as an example for illustration. If you cannot find certain features described here in your product environment, it may indicate that the relevant Service Connector Enterprise Edition license has not been purchased or you lack the necessary permissions. Please contact your account manager to inquire about upgrading to the Enterprise Edition.

To use Service Connector, users must also possess a CRM license and the appropriate permissions.
