Service Plan
I. Functional Background
A manufacturer’s core product is large-scale machine tools. Selling these devices to customers does not mark the end of the transaction. The manufacturer must also sign maintenance agreements with customers, ensuring periodic on-site inspections and servicing by engineers to maintain optimal equipment performance.
In ShareCRM, you can create Service Work Orders based on predefined Service Plans tied to Accounts or Products, enabling automated, periodic generation of work orders and detailed tasks for comprehensive equipment lifecycle maintenance.
