Associating Equipment Products
If a service item is exclusive to a specific product or product category (e.g., a service item only applicable to a certain engine model), associate it with the relevant equipment product here. This ensures the service item is exclusively available for that equipment when creating Work Orders. -
Exclusive Service Items
For service items restricted to specific products (e.g., engine model-specific services), associate them with the corresponding equipment product. This enables exclusive referencing of these items in actual Work Orders.
2. Work Order Service Items
Used to record and describe the services performed during Work Order processing, serving as a basis for future settlements.
