Service Items


Standardized enterprise Work Order service content, specifically designed for after-sales operations, describing service items, details, and pricing. Examples include “10KV switchgear interval testing, one-time, $150” and “Routine cleaning and maintenance, one-time, $45.”

1. Service Item Maintenance

Used for maintaining standardized service item master data

Step 1: On the “Service Items” page, click the “New” button
Step 2: Enter details in the pop-up window to complete creation

  • Associated Equipment Products
    If a service item is exclusive to specific product types (e.g., engine model-specific services), associate it with the relevant Products here. This ensures the service item is exclusively available for that equipment type during actual Work Order usage.

2. Work Order Service Items

Used to record and describe services performed during Work Order processing, also serving as a basis for future settlements.

How to add Work Order service items?
Step 1: Open a Work Order detail page and navigate to the “Service Items” tab
Step 2: Click the “New” button and create entries in the pop-up window, as shown below:
