Spare Parts Shipping Order
Prerequisites
The Spare Parts Shipping Order object is only initialized when the Spare Parts Advanced Mode is enabled and the new version of spare parts consumption is in use. This feature is not applicable to Spare Parts Simple Mode or standard spare parts mode.
Note: If your organization has enabled Spare Parts Advanced Mode but cannot display the Spare Parts Shipping Order object in Service Connector, your organization might be using the legacy version of spare parts consumption. You’ll need to upgrade to the new version to initialize and use Spare Parts Shipping Orders. For upgrade assistance, please contact ShareCRM Support.
Scenario Overview
When headquarters or central warehouses need to fulfill approved spare parts requests—whether through one-time or batch deliveries—they can create Spare Parts Shipping Orders to facilitate this process.
Creating a Spare Parts Shipping Order
- In the Web interface, navigate to Service Connector > Spare Parts Management.
- Click Spare Parts Shipping Order to access the list page.

Click the New button in the upper-right corner to create a Spare Parts Shipping Order.

When creating a Spare Parts Shipping Order, you must select shipping details from existing spare parts requests.

- Only spare parts requests with Awaiting Shipment, Partially Shipped, or Partially Received statuses can be processed for shipping.
- You may select multiple spare parts requests with identical receiving modes for simultaneous shipment.
Spare Parts Shipping Orders can be configured with approval workflows. Upon approval, the system automatically generates Outbound Orders from the shipping warehouse and deducts the corresponding Inventory.
Checking Shipping Logistics Information

- With an active logistics query resource package and remaining query credits, click “View Logistics” on either the list page or details page of a Spare Parts Shipping Order to check its shipping status.
Spare Parts Receipt Confirmation

Upon receiving spare parts, you can confirm receipt for the corresponding Spare Parts Shipping Order.
After confirmation: - For personal warehouse receipts: The system automatically generates a Material Requisition Order and increases the personal warehouse quantity. - For spare parts warehouse receipts: The system automatically creates a Spare Parts Inbound Order and updates the corresponding spare parts Inventory.
