1. Scenario Overview

Service engineers pick up a quantity of spare parts to their personal Warehouse before performing on-site service. During service, replaced parts are consumed from the personal Warehouse. After service completion, the used/removed parts are returned to the company Warehouse.

Note: Enabling personal Warehouses automatically grants a personal Warehouse to all employees with the Roles of engineer.

2. Web Entry Points

• On the Web, go to Service Connector -> Personal Warehouse Management to view the Personal Warehouse list page.
• Click a Personal Warehouse to view its detailed inventory.

3. App Entry Points

• In the App, add Personal Warehouse, Material Requisition Order, and Material Return Order shortcuts to the Service Connector mobile home page.
• Engineers can tap “Personal Warehouse” on the Service Connector mobile page to view their Personal Warehouse inventory details.
