1. Scenario Overview

Before performing on-site services, service engineers retrieve a certain quantity of spare parts to their personal inventory. During the service, spare parts are consumed from their personal inventory. After completing the service, the used spare parts are returned to the company warehouse.

Note: Once personal inventory is enabled, all employees with the Engineer role will have a personal inventory by default.

2. Web Function Access

• In the Web, navigate to Service Connector > Personal Inventory Management to view the personal spare parts inventory list.
• Click on a specific Personal Spare Parts Inventory to view its details.

3. App Function Access

• In the App, configure the Personal Inventory, Material Requisition Order, and Material Return Order menu entries on the Service Connector mobile homepage.
• Engineers can tap Personal Inventory in the Service Connector mobile interface to view their personal spare parts inventory details.
