Advanced Mode for Spare Parts: Spare parts require inventory setup and must be requisitioned to personal stock before use

• In Advanced Mode, enterprises must enable ShareCRM Inventory Management in the system.
• Engineers must initiate a spare parts requisition to their personal stock before consuming parts for Work Orders. Personal stock must be enabled.

1.1 Material Requisition Order and Products

1. On the Web, navigate to Service Connector > Personal Stock Management, then click Material Requisition Order to view the list.
2. Click New Material Requisition Order in the top-right corner.
3. On the Create Material Requisition Order page, fill in the details as prompted.
   Note: The same object applies to the mobile app. Ensure the Service Connector menu entry is configured.

1.2 Requisition Application

1. By default, clicking Submit Requisition approves the request immediately.

2. In Personal Stock: If manual approval workflows are enabled for spare parts requisitions, the Submit Requisition, Confirm Requisition, and Reject Requisition buttons will be disabled, and the order status won’t update automatically. Configure the approval workflow to update the Requisition Status to Warehouse Confirmed upon approval, triggering an automatic Warehouse Outbound Order.

3. After approval and outbound processing, the system automatically generates Personal Stock transaction records.
4. In Personal Stock > Transaction Details, requisitioned Products are added with New Part as the spare part type and Physical Inventory as the stock type.

1.3 Spare Parts Consumption

1. Under a Work Order, consume spare parts from Personal Stock with New Part as the spare part type and Physical Inventory as the stock type.

1.4 Material Return Order and Products

1. On the Web, navigate to Service Connector > Personal Stock Management, then click Material Return Order to view the list.
2. Click New Material Return Order in the top-right corner.
3. On the Create Material Return Order page, fill in the details as prompted.
4. New Part refers to unused spare parts, while Used Part refers to recycled parts from customer sites.
   Note: The same object applies to the mobile app. Ensure the Service Connector menu entry is configured.
