Advanced Mode for Spare Parts
Advanced Mode for Spare Parts: Spare parts require inventory setup and must be requisitioned to personal inventory before use.
- In Advanced Mode, enterprises must enable ShareCRM Inventory Management in the system.
- Engineers need to initiate spare parts requisition to their personal inventory before consuming spare parts in Work Orders. Personal inventory must be enabled.

1.1 Material Requisition Order and Products
- On the Web, navigate to Service Connector > Personal Inventory Management, and click Material Requisition Order to view the list page.
- Click New Material Requisition Order in the upper-right corner of the list.
- On the New Material Requisition Order page, fill in the order details as prompted.
Note: The same object applies to the APP side. Ensure the Service Connector Material Requisition Order menu entry is configured.

1.2 Material Requisition Application
- By default, clicking Submit Requisition Application approves the requisition immediately.

- In Personal Inventory: If manual approval workflow is enabled for spare parts requisition, the Submit Requisition Application, Confirm Requisition, and Reject Requisition buttons will be disabled, and the requisition status will not change. Configure the approval workflow to update the Requisition Status to Warehouse Confirmed upon approval, automatically triggering the warehouse outbound order.

- After the requisition is approved and outbound, the system automatically generates personal inventory transaction details.
- In Personal Inventory > Transaction Details, requisitioned products are added. Products requisitioned from the warehouse are marked as New Part with an Actual Inventory type.

1.3 Spare Parts Consumption
- Under a Work Order, consume spare parts by selecting those in Personal Inventory marked as New Part with an Actual Inventory type.

1.4 Material Return Order and Products
- On the Web, navigate to Service Connector > Personal Inventory Management, and click Material Return Order to view the list page.
- Click New Material Return Order in the upper-right corner of the list.
- On the New Material Return Order page, fill in the return details as prompted.
- Spare parts marked as New Part are unused, while those marked as Used Part are recycled from customer sites.
Note: The same object applies to the APP side. Ensure the Service Connector Material Return Order menu entry is configured.
