Prerequisites

Conditions to enable Spare Parts Inventory Management:

• Your account has enabled the full Inventory (Type A) or integrated Inventory (Type B) module.
• Spare Parts Management is set to Advanced Mode.

1. Spare Parts Warehouse

1.1 Business permissions for Spare Parts Warehouse

Log in to ShareCRM -> Administration, open the Warehouse object, and assign the Record Type permission “Spare Parts Warehouse” to the warehouse administrator / Spare Parts Clerk.

1.2 Spare Parts Warehouse features

1. Click CRM > Warehouse to open the warehouse list page.
2. Click the New button at the top-right of the list to create a new Spare Parts Warehouse.
3. The warehouse list supports common operations such as filters, editable display fields, search, import, export, and data maintenance. For details, refer to the standard object operations.

2. Spare Parts Inventory

1. Select a Warehouse and click Warehouse Details to view that warehouse’s Inventory.
2. On the Warehouse Details page, you can view, within your permission scope, product name, Unit, quantity on hand, Warehouse type, safety stock, and other related Inventory information across warehouses.

3. Spare Parts Inbound and Outbound

3.1 Business permissions for Spare Parts Inbound/Outbound

1. Log in to ShareCRM -> Administration, open the Inbound Order object, and assign the Record Type permission “Spare Parts Inbound” to the warehouse administrator / Spare Parts Clerk.
2. Open the Outbound Order object and assign the Record Type permission “Spare Parts Outbound” to the warehouse administrator / Spare Parts Clerk.

3.2 Spare Parts Inbound

1. From the Warehouse Details page (top-right) or by opening the Inbound Order object, create an Inbound Order.
2. Click New Inbound Order, select the Spare Parts type, and enter the required data to receive stock.

3.3 Spare Parts Outbound

1. Click New Outbound Order, select the Spare Parts type, and fill in the required fields to ship stock.
