Prerequisites

To enable Spare Parts Inventory Management, you must meet the following conditions:

• Enable either the full-featured (Type A) or integrated (Type B) inventory management system
• Activate the Advanced Mode for Spare Parts Management

1. Spare Parts Warehouse

1.1 Business Permissions for Spare Parts Warehouse

• Log in to ShareCRM -> Admin, navigate to the [Warehouse] object, and assign “Spare Parts Warehouse” Record Type permissions to warehouse administrators/spare parts managers.

1.2 Spare Parts Warehouse Features

1. Navigate to CRM > Warehouse to view the warehouse list page
2. Click the [New] button in the upper-right corner to create a spare parts warehouse
3. The warehouse list supports standard functions including search, field customization, import/export, and data maintenance. For detailed operations, refer to standard object operations.

2. Spare Parts Inventory

1. Select a warehouse and click its details to view inventory
2. On the warehouse details page, you can view product names, units, quantities, warehouse types, safety stock levels, and other relevant information within your permission scope.

3. Spare Parts Inbound/Outbound

3.1 Business Permissions for Spare Parts Transactions

1. Log in to ShareCRM -> Admin, navigate to the [Inbound Order] object, and assign “Spare Parts Inbound” Record Type permissions to warehouse administrators/spare parts managers
2. Navigate to the [Outbound Order] object and assign “Spare Parts Outbound” Record Type permissions

3.2 Spare Parts Inbound

1. From the warehouse details page (upper-right corner) or the [Inbound Order] object
2. Click [New Inbound Order], select the spare parts type, and complete the inbound process with required data

1. Click [New Outbound Order], select the spare parts type, and complete the outbound process with required data
