Work Order Creation - Account/Contact Search Settings

When Terminal users report issues via 400 hotline or customer service representatives, the service staff must associate the Work Order with an Account and Contact. To prevent excessive data access to Account and Contact objects, the system allows service staff to perform fuzzy searches by entering keywords when creating a Work Order.
