General Business Nodes
After dispatching a Work Order to an engineer, the On-site Service action node—implemented as a Business Process node—lets you flexibly configure Work Order fields, spare-part consumption records, service line items, and records the Work Order progress throughout the process.
Standardize on-site service control using Business Process nodes; record Work Order progress in real time throughout the process.
Note: A single Business Process node can perform only one action
Business activity nodes support the following actions (Node handler selection: Object person field -> Work Order object “Service Engineer”)
(1) Edit object: e.g., add fields on the Work Order for the engineer to complete
(2) Create related object: e.g., create a custom object such as Work Order Service Record
(3) Create related objects in bulk
(4) Edit Sub-object
