General Business Node
After dispatching a Work Order to an engineer, the on-site service action node enables flexible configuration of Work Order records, spare parts consumption logs, and service items through standardized Business Process nodes, ensuring full-process tracking of Work Order progress.
Standardized on-site service management is achieved through Business Process nodes, with real-time tracking of Work Order progress throughout the entire workflow.
Note: A single Business Process node can only execute one action.
Supported actions for Business Process nodes (Node assignee selection: Object personnel field → “Service Engineer” in the Work Order object):
1. Edit object: E.g., adding fields for engineers to complete in the Work Order object
2. Create related object: E.g., creating a custom Work Order service record
3. Batch create related objects
4. Edit Sub-object
For Business Process node operations, refer to: Business Process Setup
