1. On-site Standard Work Order Check-in

Applicable scenario: Allows engineers to clock their on-site work hours immediately after performing on-site tasks.

1.1 Step Check-in:

• The On-site Standard Work supports step-based check-ins. For configuration details, see: On-site Standard Work Template

2. General Work Order Check-in Rules (Gradual Rollout)

Applicable scenario: General check-in records that let engineers clock in anytime, anywhere. Contact your account manager to enable the gradual rollout.

• In Check-in Rules, click [New] to create a rule.

• Select the Work Order type this rule applies to.
• Work Order check-in mode: choose Sequential Check or Free Check.
  • Sequential Check suits scenarios that require engineers to record check-ins in a fixed order for each Work Order. Example: For an Installation Work Order type, require engineers to check in when departing and arriving, and also when installation starts and completes — set Sequential Check.
  • Free Check suits scenarios where engineers need to record time at any moment during service. Example: For an Installation Work Order type with incomplete spare parts or waiting periods that must be logged — set Free Check.
• Allow edits: permit modification of certain check-in fields.
