• On-site standard operations support process clock-in. For setup details, refer to: On-site Standard Operation Template

II. Universal Work Order Clock-in Rules (Beta)

Use Case: Universal clock-in records allow engineers to clock in anytime, anywhere. For access, contact your Account Manager (Beta).

• In the clock-in rules section, click [New] to create a rule.

• Select the applicable Work Order type for the current clock-in rule.
• Work Order Clock-in Rules:
  • Sequential Check-in: Requires engineers to follow a fixed sequence for each Work Order. Example: For installation Work Orders, engineers must clock in for departure, arrival, installation start, and completion.
  • Flexible Check-in: Allows engineers to clock in anytime during service. Example: For installation Work Orders, delays due to missing parts or waiting periods can be recorded flexibly.
• Modification Permissions: Allows partial edits to clock-in records.
