Field Engineer Work Order Execution (SOP)

I. Performing Field Operations (Mobile App)

1. When the process reaches the Field Standard Operations Inspection Group application node, click [Perform Field Operations] in the To-Do List or the Work Order Process Node application.

2. The Standard Operations interface displays all pending operation steps, including:

   • Edit object
   • Create related object/Batch create related objects
   • Edit Sub-object
   • Add inspection group

1. Operation check-in and check-out: Engineers must check in before performing operation steps. After check-in, the “Check Out” button appears. Clicking “Check Out” allows reactivating the operation by clicking “Check In” again to perform steps. Clicking “Complete Check Out” finalizes the operation.

1. Click “Complete” to finish standard operations and close the current node.

II. Performing Field Operations (Web)
