Field Engineer Work Order Execution (SOP)

1. When the workflow reaches the On-site Standard Operation Inspection Group node, open the task list or the Work Order process node and click [Execute Field Operation].

2. The Standard Operation interface displays all pending operation steps, including: - Edit record - Create related record / Bulk create related records - Edit Sub-object - Add inspection group

1. Step check-in and check-out: Engineers must check in before performing actions. After check-in, a “Check Out (Leave)” button appears. Click “Check Out (Leave)” and then click “Check In” again to reactivate the step and perform actions. Click “Finish & Check Out” to mark this step as completed.

1. Click “Complete” to finish the standard operation and close the current node.
