1. The Work Order Inspection Group and Work Order Inspection Item objects store the inspection content submitted by technicians. Both Work Order Inspection Group and Work Order Inspection Item are related to the Work Order object.

2. Work Order Inspection Item field descriptions:

• Actual Value: All actual values are consolidated into this field.
• Actual Value (Text): Stores inspection item content of text type.
• Actual Value (Images): Stores inspection item content of image type.
• Actual Value (Attachment): Stores inspection item content of attachment type.
• Actual Value (Number): Stores inspection item content of numeric type.
• Actual Value (Yes/No): Stores inspection item content of yes/no type.
• Actual Value (Option Value): Stores inspection item content of single-select and multi-select types.
