Note: The Inspection Group and Inspection Item objects are solely used to store enterprise-defined templates for inspection groups and items. These templates ensure that engineers submit inspection groups according to the predefined standards. Please create inspection group templates as instructed in the product manual and avoid adding custom fields.

2. Work Order Inspection Group and Work Order Inspection Item Objects

1. The Work Order Inspection Group and Work Order Inspection Item objects store the inspection content submitted by engineers. Both objects are associated with the Work Order object.

2. Field descriptions for Work Order Inspection Item:

   • Actual Value: All actual values are stored in this field.
   • Actual Value (Text): Stores text-type inspection item content.
   • Actual Value (Images): Stores image-type inspection item content.
   • Actual Value (Attachment): Stores attachment-type inspection item content.
   • Actual Value (Number): Stores numeric-type inspection item content.
   • Actual Value (Yes/No): Stores yes/no-type inspection item content.
   • Actual Value (Option Value): Stores single-select and multi-select-type inspection item content.
