Inspection Group and Checklist Template


Access Path: Service Connector -> System Settings -> Inspection Group

1. Inspection Group Template

  1. Click New
  2. Select the primary object for the current inspection group: Work Order or Equipment (This determines whether the inspection targets work orders or equipment, affecting subsequent SOP or inspection group node selections.)
  3. Enter basic information: Name, description, etc.
  4. Applicable Scope: Define the scope for rule-based matching in application nodes.

Purpose of the Primary Object:

  1. Add Inspection Items: Click Add Inspection Item to define the content to be inspected.
    • SN: Sorted by creation time.
    • Inspection Item Name
    • Field Type: Text, number, yes/no, single/multi-select, Images, attachment, date, or signature.
    • Mandatory Inspection
    • Inspection Method: Guidance for engineers (e.g., prompts).
    • Example Image: Visual reference for inspection locations.
    • Reference Values (numeric fields only): Set min/max thresholds (alerts trigger if exceeded).
    • Remarks: Optional notes or Images. Conditional rules can enforce mandatory remarks (e.g., if a value exceeds thresholds).

  1. Adjust Priority: Lower numbers = higher priority (used for rule-based matching).

  2. Rule Configuration: Use an inspection item to control visibility/mandatory status of subsequent items (e.g., Item 3 can enforce checks for Item 5).

2. Process Node: Inspection Group

Configure this node for engineers to perform and submit inspections.
- Work Order Flow: By default, inspections target the current work order.
- Template Selection:
1) Specify a template.
2) Rule-based matching: Uses scope + priority to auto-select the highest-priority template. Fallback rules apply if no match is found.
- Action Buttons: Customize primary button labels; hide the “Complete” button in the task list if needed.
- Assignee: Defaults to the “Service Engineer” field in the work order.

Note: Only one inspection group is allowed per node.

3. Field Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) - Inspection Group

3.1 Work Order SOP - Inspection Group

  • Add inspection actions in work order SOPs. See Field SOP Template Guide.
  • Primary Object:
    • Work Order
    • Work Order.Equipment (ensure this field is mandatory).
  • Template Options:
    • Specify a template.
    • Rule-based matching (scope + priority).

3.2 Equipment SOP - Inspection Group

  • Add inspection actions in equipment SOPs. See Field SOP Template Guide.
  • Primary Object: Equipment (from the Sub-object “Work Order Equipment” field). Inspections target each device linked to the work order.
  • Template Options: Same as above.
