Process Notification to External Service Provider

Process Notifications Overview

Process External Notifications: Refers to notifying external Service Provider dispatchers or engineers for task assignments.

You can configure notification content for external Terminal users at service process nodes using post-process actions.

Select the node requiring external notification and click “Complete”;
Click “Add” and select “External Notification”;
Customize parameters for external notifications;
External notifications are sent to WeChat Official Accounts. Prerequisite: The WeChat Official Account must be integrated, and Service Provider dispatchers/engineers must have followed and registered with the account.

You can add an automated node before execution:

Select the automated task node;
Choose “Add” > “External Notification”;
In notification settings, select the “Service Connector” application; Recipients: Service Provider Engineers, Service Implementation Account > Service Provider Engineers.

Note: If templates are unavailable, log in to the WeChat Official Account Platform to add template messages first.

For Work Order process application nodes, the system automatically pushes WeChat Official Account messages to Service Providers. Note: Unbound Service Provider personnel won’t receive notifications.
As shown below, the system preconfigures notification content (e.g., dispatch notices).
Click [Disable] in the Actions column to stop message delivery.
