Process Notification to External Service Provider


1. Process Notifications Overview

External process notification: specifically refers to notifying external Service Provider dispatchers or engineers to handle a Work Order.

2. Custom External Process Notifications (WeChat)

You can configure notifications to external Terminal users at service process nodes using post-action workflow capabilities.

  1. Select the node where you want to send the external notification, then click Complete.
  2. Click “Add” and choose External Notification.
  3. Customize the relevant parameters for the external notification.
  4. External notifications are delivered to the WeChat Official Account. Note: this requires that the WeChat Official Account is connected and that the external Service Provider dispatchers/engineers have followed the Official Account and completed registration.

You can add an automated node before the execution node.

  1. Select an automated task node.
  2. Select “Add” > External Notification.
  3. In External Notification settings, choose the application “Service Provider Service Connector”; Recipients: Service Provider Engineer, Service Implementation Account > Service Provider Engineer;

Note: If you cannot find the corresponding template, log in to the WeChat Official Account backend (https://mp.weixin.qq.com/) and add Official Account template messages first.

3. Predefined External Process Notifications

  • In the Work Order workflow application nodes, the system automatically pushes WeChat Official Account messages to the Service Provider. Note: Service Provider staff who are not bound to the Official Account will not receive messages.
  • As shown below, the system provides predefined notification content, such as Dispatch Notification.
  • Click [Disable] in the Actions column to stop pushing that message.
