Service Provider - WeChat Service Account Channel


1. Binding WeChat Official Account

Before Binding: - Only CRM administrators can bind a WeChat Official Account to ShareCRM. - The WeChat administrator must authorize the binding process during the operation. - Subscription accounts and unverified service accounts are not supported for binding.

Steps: 1. Navigate to: Admin > Interconnection Management > WeChat Official Account, then click “Connect WeChat Official Account”. 2. On the WeChat Official Account connection page, click [WeChat Official Account Authorization] to proceed to the authorization page on the WeChat platform. 3. After the Official Account administrator completes the authorization, review the connection details and click the [Create] button in the upper-right corner to finalize the binding.

2. Service Provider Access to Service Provider Portal via WeChat Official Account

Service providers primarily access the portal through custom menus configured in the WeChat Official Account.

Note: If Terminal users (Accounts) also need to submit Work Orders independently via WeChat, a separate WeChat Official Account should be used. It is not recommended for Service Providers and Terminal users to share the same WeChat Official Account.

Steps: - Menu Response > Connect App: Select the [Service Provider Portal] app.

Features: - Service Provider Portal > App Homepage: The configured homepage of the Service Provider app (refer to configuration guidelines). - Service Provider Portal > Service Provider Work Orders: Displays the full list of Work Orders. - Account Binding: Enterprise Account (Service Providers can either auto-match by entering a phone number or register an account manually).
