Service Provider - WeChat Official Account Channel
1. Binding WeChat Official Account
Before Binding:
- Only CRM administrators can bind a WeChat Official Account to ShareCRM.
- The WeChat administrator must authorize the binding process.
- Subscription accounts and unverified service accounts are not supported.
Steps:
1. Navigate to: Admin > Interconnection Management > WeChat Official Account, then click Connect WeChat Official Account.
2. On the WeChat Official Account integration page, click [WeChat Official Account Authorization] to proceed to the authorization page.
3. After the account administrator completes authorization, verify the integration details and click [Create] in the upper-right corner to finalize the binding.

2. Service Provider Access to Portal via WeChat Official Account
Service providers primarily access the portal through custom menus in the WeChat Official Account.
Note: If Terminal users (Account) also need to submit Work Orders via WeChat, use a separate WeChat Official Account. Avoid sharing the same account between Service Providers and Terminal users.
Steps:
1. Menu Response > Link to App, then select “Service Provider Portal”.
2. Service Provider Portal > Homepage: Configured as the Service Provider app homepage (refer to configuration guide).
3. Service Provider Portal > Work Orders: Full list of Work Orders.
4. Account Binding: Enterprise Account (Service Provider enters a phone number for auto-matching or registers manually).
