Service Provider Engineer Onsite Service (General Business Activity Node)

• After a Service Provider dispatches a Work Order to their engineer, standardized process nodes regulate the engineer’s on-site service actions.
• Standard workflow nodes include editing the (Work Order) object or creating related objects (Work Order Service Record): Add fields requiring engineer input on the Work Order object or create a custom Work Order Service Record object.

Note: This node must be configured as an Interconnection node.
