Service Provider Engineer On-Site Service (General Business Activity Node)

• After a Service Provider dispatches a Work Order to their field engineer, process nodes are used to standardize the engineer’s on-site service actions.
• Standard workflow business nodes include editing the Work Order object or creating related objects (Work Order Service Records): Add fields requiring engineer input on the Work Order object, or create a custom object for Work Order Service Records.

Note: This node must be configured as an Interconnection node.
