Service Provider Portal Activation Guide

1. Activation Instructions

  • Requirement 1: The external Service Provider account must purchase an Interconnection enterprise license and enable the Interconnection feature. For purchase and activation details, refer to Service Connector Base Platform Activation: http://help.fxiaoke.com/2615/ebc1/d910/19dd

  • Requirement 2: The Service Provider must be created based on a Partner. Ensure the “Partner” module is activated first.

  • Requirement 3: Initialization path: Service Connector app -> System Settings -> Overview Settings, select “Service Provider Portal”
