Service Provider Portal Activation Guide

1. Activation Instructions

• Prerequisite 1: External Service Providers must purchase an Interconnection enterprise account and enable the Interconnection feature. For details on purchasing and enabling this feature, refer to Interconnection Platform Activation.
• Prerequisite 2: Service Providers are created based on Partners. Ensure the “Partners” module is activated first.
• Prerequisite 3: Initialization entry: Navigate to Service Connector App > System Settings > Overview Settings, then select Service Provider Portal.
