Service Provider - ShareCRM App Channel

I. ShareCRM App Channel Configuration Steps

1. Go to Interconnection Management > Channel Navigation > Channel Web Navigation, then add/edit navigation templates
2. Ensure the relevant Roles for Service Provider Portal are included in the applicable scope
3. Add “Service Connector Portal” to the main navigation apps
4. Configure the Service Provider Portal app menu in the Service Provider app settings: Service Provider Portal Homepage and Menu

II. Channel Login via Mobile App

1. Download the ShareCRM app
2. Log in using your mobile number or other methods
3. Access the Service Provider Portal through the bottom navigation entry

III. Alternative Access Methods (Not Recommended)

Note: Channel Portal, SharePartner, and Service Provider Portal are parallel applications. If you need to directly access Service Work Orders or related objects through the Channel Portal or SharePartner apps, simply add the corresponding objects to those apps. This method is not recommended.
