Service Provider - ShareCRM App Channel

1. ShareCRM APP Channel Configuration Steps

  1. In Interconnection Management > Channel Navigation > Channel Web Navigation, add or edit a navigation template
  2. Ensure the Service Provider portal Roles are included in the applicable scope
  3. Add the Service Connector Portal to the main navigation apps
  4. Configure the Service Provider portal app menu within the Service Provider app: Service Provider Portal Home and Menu

2. APP Channel Login

  1. Download the ShareCRM app
  2. Sign in with your phone number or other supported methods
  3. Tap the Service Provider Portal entry in the bottom navigation to access it

Note: Channel Portal, SharePartner, and Service Provider Portal are peer applications. If you need to access Service Work Order or related objects directly from Channel Portal or SharePartner, add the corresponding objects to the Channel Portal or SharePartner app. This approach is not recommended.
