1. Web Channel Configuration Steps

1. In Interconnection Management > Channel Navigation > Channel Web Navigation, create or edit a navigation template.
2. Ensure the relevant Service Provider portal Roles are included in the applicable scope.
3. Add the “Service Connector Portal” to the primary navigation applications.
4. Configure the Service Provider portal application menu within the Service Provider application.

2. Web Channel Login

• Log in by scanning the QR Code with the WeChat account bound to your phone number, or log in by entering your phone number and using Get for the verification code.
