Service Performance Analysis

Access Path: Service Connector → Data Analytics → Service Performance Dashboard. If not found, enable the Service Dashboard plugin under Service Connector → System Management → Business Plugins.

Click Basic Settings to configure the service dashboard. Under the Service Performance Analysis section, you can set the main and subheadings for the dashboard and define the Record Types for field service Work Orders to ensure accurate metric calculations.
