Service Performance Analysis

Access Path:
Go to Service Connector > Data Analytics > Service Performance Dashboard. If not found, enable the Service Dashboard plugin under Service Connector > System Management > Business Plugins.

Click Basic Settings to configure the service dashboard. Under the Service Performance Analysis section, set the main and subtitles, and specify the Record Types for field service Work Orders to enable relevant metric calculations.
