1. Mobile Service Connector Workspace
- Organizations can assign different workspace templates to different Roles, such as a Dispatcher template and an Engineer template.
- Configure the menu entries to enable access.

Note: For a better experience, add the Service Connector app to the bottom navigation.
- Go to Management > Interface Customization > App Bottom Navigation Customization.
- Organizations can customize the bottom navigation for after-sales roles such as the Service Connector Administrator Role, Dispatcher Role, and Engineer Role.
