I. Mobile Service Connector Workspace

1. Enterprises can assign different workspace templates to different roles, such as a Dispatcher Role template or an Engineer Role template.
2. Simply configure the menu access.

Note: For an optimized experience, you can configure the Service Connector app in the bottom navigation.

1. Navigate to Admin > Interface Customization Management > App Bottom Navigation Customization.
2. Enterprises can customize the bottom navigation for after-sales service roles such as Service Connector Admin Role, Dispatcher Role, and Engineer Role.
