1. Organizations can assign different workspace templates to different Roles, such as a Dispatcher template and an Engineer template.

Note: For a better experience, add the Service Connector app to the bottom navigation.

1. Go to Management > Interface Customization > App Bottom Navigation Customization.
2. Organizations can customize the bottom navigation for after-sales roles such as the Service Connector Administrator Role, Dispatcher Role, and Engineer Role.
