1. Service Connector Web Workbench Templates

  1. Organizations can assign different workbench templates to different Roles
  2. Template basic information: Name, Priority, Scope, and Home Layout. Menu items are configurable. On the Home page you can drag-and-drop chart widgets to add BI components.
