1. Offline Personnel Won’t Receive Orders
- When enabled, the system will filter out offline personnel (those with “Offline” work status) during work order assignment, preventing orders from being assigned to them.

- Assignment Range: Default search radius for engineers in map-based assignment view
- Personnel Location Validity Period: Duration for which the system automatically retains engineer GPS coordinates

3.2 Additional Information Required at Dispatcher Assignment Node
When assigning engineers or coordinating engineers, dispatchers must provide additional information such as scheduled onsite time and assignment notes.
- Enable secondary confirmation popup at assignment nodes

Engineer Scheduled Service Time: Includes planned start and end times (historically called “Assigned Start Time” and “Assigned End Time”), representing when dispatchers schedule engineers to begin and complete work orders.
(a) Affects Gantt chart time blocks for engineer scheduling
(b) Previously affected Fieldwork Service nodes (now deprecated for new customers) - if engineers failed to check in/complete fieldwork within scheduled times, it triggered timeout/exception alerts.
Key behaviors:
1. When enabled, dispatchers must specify [Planned Service Start] and [Planned Service End] times
2. Default values can be preset via custom formulas/function fields (see Work Order object fields: field_zpfwsj__c and field_assign_endtime__c)
3. If blank or earlier than assignment time, system defaults to [Planned Start] = Assignment Time + 2h
4. If blank or later than planned start, system defaults to [Planned End] = [Planned Start] + 1h -
Assignment Field Completion: Configure additional fields dispatchers must complete when assigning engineers (e.g. assignment notes)
