Collaboration Engineer

Assign Engineer Node/Service Group Assign Engineer Node allows you to assign additional collaborative service personnel for multi-personnel Service Work Orders.

Access Path: Service Connector → System Settings → Work Order Assignment → Collaborative Engineers

Note: Collaborative service personnel must have the “Engineer” Role to be assignable during dispatch. Automatic dispatch and Order Grabbing do not support collaborative engineers.

• When assigning collaborative engineers, the system will populate the personnel into the related_service_personnel__c field of the [Work Order] object. In subsequent workflow nodes, ensure to select the “Collaborative Engineers” field as the assignee.
