Collaborative Engineer

Assign Engineer Node / Service Group: Assign Engineer Node allows assigning additional collaborating service personnel for multi-person Service Work Orders.

Access: Service Connector -> System Settings -> Work Order Assignment -> Collaborating Engineers

Note: Collaborating service personnel must have the “Engineer” Role to be available for assignment. Automated assignment and Order Grabbing do not support collaborating engineers.

• After assigning collaborating engineers, the system writes the personnel into the Work Order object’s Collaborating Engineers (related_service_personnel__c) field. In subsequent workflow steps, make sure the assignee selection also includes the “Collaborating Engineers” field as the handler.
