Dispatchers manually assign engineers based on real-time traffic conditions, recommending those with the shortest estimated driving time.

  • Enablement Path: Service Connector > Work Order Assignment > Dispatch Settings > Enable Distance Calculation
    Note: Requires consumption of mileage calculation resource package
  • To minimize costs, you can configure the maximum number of engineers calculated per dispatch
