Dispatcher > Service Provider > Service Provider Engineer
When enterprises need to outsource certain Work Orders to Service Providers, these orders can be automatically or manually assigned to Service Providers first, and then distributed to their engineers by the Service Provider dispatchers.
Process Configuration for Assigning to Service Providers
Configure two application nodes in the workflow:
1. First, assign to the manufacturer’s dispatcher.
2. Then, assign to the Downstream Service Provider dispatcher.

1.3 Automatic Assignment to Service Providers
- After configuring the Interconnection service workflow, automatic assignment rules can be set to assign eligible Work Orders to Service Providers automatically.
- When the workflow reaches the internal business node “Assign to Service Provider,” the automatic assignment rules will execute. (Note: The “Assign to Service Provider” node must be configured for automatic assignment to take effect. Work Orders not matching any automatic rules will proceed to manual assignment by the dispatcher.)
