Legacy "Reassignment" Settings
Use Case: When a dispatcher or service group dispatcher assigns a Work Order, but later needs to reassign it to another engineer. The assigned engineer may also request reassignment due to scheduling conflicts or distant locations.
The reassignment feature has been upgraded. We recommend using the new Reassign button. Click to learn about the new functionality:

Note: Conditions for displaying Reassign and Reassign Supporting Engineer buttons: 1. Ensure the buttons are visible in the Work Order details page layout. 2. The Work Order must be in the Assigned status (after the dispatcher or service group assigns engineers). 3. Only administrators, dispatchers, or the currently assigned engineers can perform reassignments. Verify the logged-in user’s permissions. 4.
