Engineer Distribution (Gantt Chart View/Map View)

说明：工程师分布数据来源【服务信息】对象->“工程师”信息业务类型

Prerequisite:

1、必须要有【服务信息】对象的“查看列表”、“查看详情”功能权限

2、必须要有服务通->“查看工程师分布”功能权限。（包含移动端和web端）

3、必须要有“服务通->工程师分布”菜单入口

4、数据权限遵循标准对象，如果需要相关人员看到所有或部分工程师的信息，需要设置【服务信息】对象数据共享规则/数据权限

1. Engineer Distribution — Map View (Mobile and Web)

• Engineer display: Shows all engineers with location data. Engineers without location data do not appear on the map.
• Location field: Uses the Service Information object’s “Current Location” field. The system automatically captures the latest location from Fieldwork check-ins, Work Order check-in components, Work Order timeclock, and other relevant actions. (Note: To protect user privacy, ShareCRM does not provide real-time tracking of users.)
• Online status: Engineers update their online status manually under “Me” > Work Status > Online Status.
• Auto-refresh: You can enable auto-refresh to periodically reload the page.

• Click an avatar to view engineer info; click the engineer name to open the engineer record (the Work Order component for engineers must be added to the engineer layout).
