Activation Path: Service Connector -> System Settings -> Work Order Assignment -> Service Zones, then click “Enable”

2. Creating Service Zones

Predefined Objects:
- Service Zone: Stores enterprise service zone division information.
- Sub-object: Service Zone Details (supports granular subdivisions down to city or district levels).

A service zone can be named according to company rules. Each zone may contain multiple Service Zone Details entries, allowing precise regional segmentation.

To create a service zone:
1. Click New.
2. Enter the service zone name.
3. Add regions assigned to this zone.

3. Assigning Service Zones

After configuring service zones, assign them to engineers:
1. Navigate to Service Connector -> Engineer Profiles.
2. Edit an engineer’s profile.
3. Define their service coverage under “Service Zone Assignment”.
