Service Group Dispatcher Operations


Usage Restrictions

  • You must have the Service Group Dispatcher Role permission

1. Work Order Assignment (Web)

Entry: To-Do -> Work Orders Pending Assignment

To-Do list view configuration: Click the Settings button in the top-right to customize the columns shown in the To-Do list, then click Apply.

  • Select the tasks to assign, then click Work Order Assignment
  • List-based assignment: view engineers’ online status, current location, and count of assigned work orders to improve assignment efficiency
  • Note: Service Group Dispatchers can only assign engineers within their own Service Group

  • Map-based assignment: using the work order service address, the map displays nearby service resources (internal staff or external Service Provider companies) so you can assign the nearest available resource.
  • Note: Map assignment is unavailable if the work order has no geocoded address

2. Work Order Assignment (Mobile App)

  • Entry: Workspace -> Pending Assignment (Note: Administrator must enable the Pending Assignment entry in advance)
  • Select the work orders to assign, then tap Work Order Assignment
  • Select an engineer and confirm to assign the engineer
  • You may select multiple collaborating engineers

3. Service Group Dispatcher: Rejecting and Reassigning Work Orders

  • Service Group Reassign: a Service Group Dispatcher can reassign a work order to another Service Group
  • Service Group Reject: the receiving Service Group Dispatcher may reject a work order; rejected work orders return to the original dispatcher

4. Work Order Redirect

  • Usage restriction: You must have the Redirect button permission. Contact your Service Connector administrator to add it. See Reject, Reassign, and Redirect: http://help.fxiaoke.com/2615/4107/2f99/7c19/2c6c
  • After a Dispatcher or Service Group Dispatcher assigns a work order, they can redirect it. Select the work order to redirect and click Redirect in the action area.
