Service Group Dispatcher Operations
Usage Limitations
- Requires the Dispatcher Role permission within the service group
- For service group dispatcher setup, refer to: Work Order Service Groups
1. Work Order Assignment (Web)
Access Path: To-Do > Pending Assignments

To-Do List View Configuration:
Click the [Settings] button in the upper-right corner to customize displayed fields, then click [Apply].

- Select target task rows and click [Assign Work Order]
- List Assignment: View engineers’ online status, current location, and assigned work order count for efficient dispatching
Note: Service group dispatchers can only assign tasks to engineers within their group

- Map Assignment: Displays nearby service resources (internal staff or external Service Providers) based on work order location for proximity-based dispatching
Note: Unavailable when work orders lack location data

2. Work Order Assignment (Mobile App)
- Access via Workbench > Pending Assignments menu (Requires admin pre-configuration)
- Select work orders and click [Assign Work Order]
- Choose engineer(s) and confirm assignment (Multiple collaborative engineers can be selected)

3. Service Group Dispatcher: Rejection & Reassignment
- Service Group Reassignment: Transfer work orders to other service groups
- Service Group Rejection: Receiving group dispatchers may reject work orders, which return to the original dispatcher

4. Work Order Reallocation
- Prerequisite: Requires [Reallocate] button permission (Contact Service Connector admin. Reference: Rejection, Reassignment and Reallocation)
- Dispatchers may reallocate assigned work orders by selecting target orders and clicking [Reallocate]
