Manual Assignment of Service Group Rules (Scope Restrictions)

Function entry: Service Connector -> System Settings -> Work Order Assignment -> Manual Assignment Rules.

Note: At the Dispatcher Assignment node (including Dispatcher Assignment -> Assign Engineer and Dispatcher Assignment -> Assign Service Group), Work Orders that do not meet automatic assignment rules require the dispatcher to assign manually. By default, dispatchers can assign to any engineer or any service group. Manual Assignment Rules restrict dispatchers so they can only assign to specified engineers or specified service groups when performing manual assignment.

Manual rule priority sets which rule takes precedence when multiple rules apply. A smaller numeric value means higher priority.

1. Manual Assignment Rule Settings

• Work Order Scope: the Work Orders that match this manual assignment rule
• Dispatcher: the dispatchers authorized to assign Work Orders that match the rule
• Assignable Service Groups: the service groups that dispatchers can see and assign to during manual assignment

Note: Example: If you create a manual assignment rule where Work Order.Province = Guangdong, Dispatcher = All dispatchers, Assignable Service Groups = Shenzhen Nanshan Group, Shenzhen Futian Group, then for any Work Order with Province = Guangdong that reaches the Dispatcher Assignment node, all dispatchers will have the pending assignment task but can only choose Shenzhen Nanshan Group or Shenzhen Futian Group when assigning.
