Manual Assignment of Service Group Rules (Scope Restrictions)
Feature Access: Service Connector → System Settings → Work Order Assignment → Manual Assignment Rules.
Note: During the dispatcher assignment stage (including Dispatcher Assignment → Assign Engineer and Dispatcher Assignment → Assign Service Group), Work Orders that do not meet automatic assignment rules require manual assignment by dispatchers. By default, dispatchers can assign Work Orders to all engineers or service groups. Manual Assignment Rules allow you to restrict dispatchers to assigning only specified engineers or service groups during manual assignment.
The priority of manual assignment rules determines the execution order when multiple rules exist. A smaller priority number indicates a higher precedence.

1. Manual Assignment Rule Configuration
- Work Order Scope: Defines which Work Orders are subject to this manual assignment rule.
- Dispatcher: Specifies the dispatchers authorized to assign Work Orders under this rule.
- Assignable Service Groups: The service groups visible and available for assignment when dispatchers manually assign Work Orders.
Example: If a manual assignment rule is configured as “Work Order.Province = Guangdong,” with Dispatcher set to “All Dispatchers” and Assignable Service Groups limited to “Shenzhen Nanshan Group” and “Shenzhen Futian Group,” then when a Work Order’s address is in Guangdong Province, it will enter the dispatcher assignment stage. All dispatchers will see the pending assignment task, but they can only assign the Work Order to Shenzhen Nanshan Group or Shenzhen Futian Group.
