Simple Work Order Process
Simplified Process Overview
A service process refers to the standardized workflow for Work Orders in an enterprise. If different types of Work Orders exist, simply enable the required process nodes on the Simplified Process panel (without consuming “Business Flow” quotas).
Access Path: Service Connector > System Settings > Service Process > Process Assignment

Configuring/Editing a Simplified Process
Note: The system automatically creates and assigns a Simplified Process for each new Work Order “Record Type.”
- Select the Simplified Process to edit and click “Edit.”

The sequence of Simplified Process nodes is fixed and cannot be rearranged. Enable only the modules your business requires.
- Create Work Order: Enabled by default.
- Dispatcher Assignment: The dispatcher assigns the task to an engineer.
- Service Team Assignment:

- Engineer On-Site Work: General Business Node or Standard On-Site Operation (SOP).
- Service Report: Configure Service Report settings.
- Service Evaluation: Service Evaluation.
- Service Follow-Up: Work Order Follow-Up.
