Simple Work Order Process
1. Simple Process Overview
The service process defines the standard workflow for a company’s Work Orders. If your company has multiple types of Work Orders (Record Types), you can enable workflow nodes from the Simple Process panel as needed (this does not consume “business flow” quota).
Entrance: Service Connector > System Settings > Service Process > Process Assignment

2. Configure / Edit a Simple Process
Note: When you create a Work Order Record Type, the system automatically creates and assigns a Simple Process.
- Select the Simple Process you want to edit and click “Edit”


The order of nodes in a Simple Process is fixed and cannot be rearranged. Enable only the modules your organization needs.
- New Work Order: enabled by default
- Dispatcher Assignment: dispatcher assigns an engineer
- Internal Team Assignment
- Engineer Accepts Work
- On-site Engineer Work: use General Business Node or On-site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Service Report: configure Service Report
- Service Rating: configure Service Rating
- Service Follow-up: Work Order Follow-up
