Generating Service Report Operations (Web and App)

1. Engineer Generates Service Report

1.1 Generate Service Report on App

1. Tap “Generate Service Report” on the workflow node, or generate the report from the Work Order record.
2. The system opens the report preview. To modify any fields, tap Edit to continue editing the report.
3. If a signature is required, tap “Send to Customer for Signature” or have the engineer sign on their phone.

2. End Customer Service Report Signature

1. The Account receives a WeChat message / SMS or scans a QR code (service report WeChat message settings, SMS message settings). The link opens the service report preview.
2. Tap “Sign.” After the customer signs and confirms, the system generates a signed service report PDF.

3. Service Report Outcome

• After the service report is generated, the report is stored in the Service Report object, and the Work Order field “Service Report Status” updates to “Completed”.
