Generating Service Report Operations (Web and App)

I. Generating Service Reports as an Engineer

1.1 Generating Service Reports via App

1. Click “Generate Service Report” at the process node or generate the report at the Work Order object node.
2. Preview the report. To edit specific fields, click “Edit” to modify the report.
3. For signatures, click “Send to Account for Signature” or sign directly on the engineer’s mobile device.

II. Account Signature on Service Reports

1. The Terminal user receives a WeChat message/SMS or scans a QR code (WeChat message settings, SMS settings) to access the service report preview page.
2. Click “Sign,” confirm the signature, and the system will generate a signed PDF service report.

III. Service Report Outcome

• Once generated, the service report is stored in the [Service Report] object, and the “Service Report Status” field on the Work Order object updates to “Completed.”
