1. Service Report Object

After you enable the Service Report feature, the system creates a predefined Service Report object. The Service Report object is linked to the Work Order; one Work Order can generate multiple Service Reports. Each generated Service Report is stored in the attachment field of the Service Report object.

2. Service Report Generation Status

After you enable the Service Report feature, the system adds a Service Report Status field to the Work Order object. When an engineer generates a Service Report via the quick action button or a process button, the system automatically updates the Service Report Status. Possible statuses include:

• Draft
• Incomplete
• Awaiting Customer Signature
• Customer Rejected Signature
• Completed
