Service Report Object


1. Service Report Object

When the Service Report feature is enabled, the system automatically creates a predefined [Service Report] object. The [Service Report] object is linked to Work Orders, where one Work Order can generate multiple Service Reports. Each generated Service Report is stored in the attachment field of the [Service Report] object.

2. Service Report Generation Status

When the Service Report feature is enabled, the system adds a predefined “Service Report Status” field to the [Work Order] object. After an engineer generates a Service Report via quick actions or process buttons, the “Service Report Status” field updates automatically. The available statuses include:

  • Draft
  • Incomplete
  • Pending Customer Signature
  • Customer Rejected
  • Completed
