Fault Reporting Scenario for Equipment or Custom Data Submission Scenarios


1. Preconfigured “Fault Report” Button on Equipment

  • To facilitate direct submission of [Work Orders] from equipment data and automatically populate relevant equipment fields onto the [Work Order]

  • On the equipment details page, the system provides a preconfigured “Fault Report” button with default mapping logic. Enterprises can customize the button’s layout, permissions, and field mapping rules from equipment to Work Orders based on their needs.

  • Enterprises may also create custom mapping rules to transfer equipment object data to other objects like [Service Request].

Scenario: External Terminal users submit [Work Orders] directly by clicking “Fault Report” after querying equipment data.

2. Mapping Rules for Equipment “Fault Report” Button or Custom Mapping Rules

  • The equipment details page includes a preconfigured “Fault Report” button with default mapping logic, allowing enterprises to map equipment information to [Work Orders].

  • Enterprises may create custom mapping rules to transfer equipment object data to other objects like [Service Request] by establishing new mapping rules.

4. Multi-Equipment Work Order Reporting

  • When enabled, the system adds a [Work Order Equipment] Sub-object to the [Work Order] object, allowing submission of multiple equipment items in a single Work Order.
