Equipment Fault Reporting Scenario or Custom Data Submission Scenario
1. Preconfigured “Report Fault” Button on Equipment
- To facilitate direct submission of [Work Orders] from equipment data and auto-populate relevant fields from the equipment object to the [Work Order]
- The system preconfigures a “Report Fault” button on the equipment detail page with default mapping logic. Companies can customize the button’s layout, permissions, and rules for mapping equipment information to work orders based on their needs.
- Companies may also create custom mapping rules to transfer equipment object data to other objects, such as the [Service Request] object.
Scenario: External Terminal users submit [Work Orders] by clicking “Report Fault” after querying equipment data.
