1. Enabling Device QR Codes

Activation Path: Service Connector → System Settings → Device Management → Device QR Codes

Once enabled, the system initializes the QR Code object. Users can configure serial code generation rules under this object and generate QR codes by exporting them.

2. Backend Configuration for Device QR Codes

Configure QR code styling and permissions for blank code registration in the backend settings.

2. Blank Code Registration Permissions

If a QR code is not bound to a device, users must have permission to register blank codes to enable quick device association after scanning.

Service Engineers and Service Connector Admins are pre-configured with these permissions by default.

3. Managing QR Code Object Data

• Define the “QR Code Serial” field rules in advance. QR code generation and scanning rely on this field.

After configuring the serial field, click Export QR Code to generate and download QR codes.

4. QR Code Scanning Scenarios

### 1. Engineer Scanning
Internal or external engineers can scan QR codes directly via the ShareCRM mobile app.

2. Terminal User Scanning

Prerequisites:
- Enable Terminal User Service Connector.
- Grant Device object permissions to Terminal Users or Guest Roles. For Guests to scan all devices, set device data permissions to “Public.”

• WeChat Scan: External Terminal Users scan QR codes via WeChat to access device details and submit Work Orders via Fault Repair.
• Service Account Menu: Configure a WeChat scan menu (WeChat Service Account Setup) to redirect to device details for Work Order submission.
• Self-Service Portal: Add a “Scan” option in the Terminal User portal (Self-Service Portal Setup) for scanning and Work Order submission.
