- End-Customer Scanning
Prerequisites: Enable Terminal user Service Connector and grant the End-Customer or Guest Roles access to the Terminal object. If you want Guest users to scan and view all Terminals, set the Terminal object’s data access to Public.
- External end customers can use WeChat’s “Scan” to scan a QR code and open the Terminal detail page, where they can tap Fault -> submit a Work Order.
- If you configure the WeChat Service Account menu to use “Scan” (Service Account menu settings), scanning the QR code will open the Terminal detail page and allow Fault reporting to submit a Work Order.
- If you add a “Scan” menu in the End-Customer Portal, end customers can use it to scan a QR code, open the Terminal detail page, and submit a Work Order via Fault reporting.
