Equipment/Asset Register

• The system provides a predefined Equipment object (API name: DeviceObj). Enterprises can manually create new equipment assets or integrate them from external systems into the Equipment object.
• The Equipment object comes with preset fields for Associated Products and Associated Serial Numbers. You can maintain basic product data in the Products object and basic serial numbers in the Serial Numbers object in advance.

1.1 Manual/Import New Asset Register

• On the Equipment object list page, you can add new equipment data through manual creation or import.

• The equipment record includes basic information, Account, address, etc.
• The Associated Product field is mandatory. When a product is selected, the system defaults the product name as the equipment name, but users can modify it.
• If serial number management is enabled for the associated product, you can enter the equipment’s serial number. The system defaults the serial number as the equipment Code, but users can modify it.

1.2 Automatically Generate Asset Register

• If automatic equipment asset generation is enabled, the system will automatically create equipment data after the Shipping Order is confirmed as received.
