Positioning and Capabilities of System Operational Data

I. Positioning of System Operational Data

  • The primary purpose of analyzing system operational data is to enable comprehensive data collection, intelligent analysis, and end-to-end management. Its value lies in optimizing business operations, forecasting market demand, enhancing product performance, enabling targeted marketing, and evaluating customer value.

1. Product Features and Activation

  • The system operational data analytics product includes three modules:
    • Employee Object Behavior Analysis: Analyzes all operations on both standard and custom objects (including process-related objects and Sub-objects). It tracks actions listed in the object’s backend “Button” list. The configuration page displays all standard buttons, while custom button actions are logged under “Edit.” Additionally, it supports tracking “View Details” actions. Once enabled, the system automatically records menu view data.
      • Process-related data is associated with business objects and requires no separate configuration. Selecting an object for analysis automatically includes its process data.
    • Employee Login Behavior Analysis: Tracks all login methods (e.g., QR Code Login, dynamic verification code login, DingTalk/Feishu login) and employee online status. No additional configuration is needed after enabling this module.
    • Employee BI Behavior Analysis: Analyzes actions such as viewing, creating, and exporting Reports, pivot tables, Charts, combined tables, and Data Dashboards. After enabling, manually configure the BI resource types to analyze.

2. Functional Overview

  • Functional Permissions: Managed under the “User Behavior Analysis” module in the backend. By default, CRM admins and report admins have full permissions. The “View All” permission grants access to all data under the module, while other permissions control operations within the Subject domain.
  • Data Permissions: Follows Org Structure permissions by default. Data sharing is only possible via the “View All” functional permission, which grants access to all module data.

  • Analyze data via Charts in BI by selecting the target Subject object to enter the Chart editing mode.
  • Each object includes Downstream-related fields for analyzing downstream data.
