Statistic Metrics Management


The Metric Management page serves as the centralized hub for storing and managing your organization’s Subjects and metrics. Only CRM Administrators and Report Administrators can access this page, where they can modify preset metric rules or create new ones based on analytical needs.

1. Metric Management Page

  • Navigation Paths:
    • CRM → Data Analysis → Metric Management
    • CRM → Data Analysis → Reports → Metric Management

2. Subject List Page

### 2.1 Available Actions
- Object: The analytical object under the current Subject list.
- Status: Current Subject status:
- Active: Subjects enabled for use.
- Inactive: Subjects disabled from use.
- Time Zone: Metrics associated with this time zone (visible if multi-timezone functionality is enabled).
- Search: Fuzzy search for Subjects containing the entered keyword.
- Query Unused Metrics: Click to identify metrics not utilized in any Chart, allowing deactivation or deletion.

  • Create Subject: When an analytical Subject is missing from Charts, CRM or Report Administrators can create a custom Subject via the Metric Management menu.

  • Query Unused Metrics: When custom metrics reach the limit, users may accidentally deactivate metrics in use. This feature detects unused metrics for selective deactivation or deletion:
    • Deactivate: Metrics remain visible in the Subject list and can be reactivated.
    • Deactivate & Delete: Metrics are permanently removed from the Metric Management page.

2.2 Additional Operations

  • View Subject/Quota Usage: Displays the allocation and utilization of custom Subjects and metrics for your organization.

  • Adjust Page Layout: Modify rows per page, table row height, etc. Changes apply to the Metric List page as well.

3. Metric List Page

### 3.1 Available Actions
- Object: Filter metrics by their target object.
- Status:
- Active: Initialized metrics ready for use with visible statistics.
- Inactive: Disabled metrics.
- Initializing: Newly added metrics; statistics become available the next day.
- Test Data: Trial calculations for recent data (used for debugging). Full historical data computes overnight.
- Time Zone: Filter metrics by time zone (visible if multi-timezone is enabled).
- Search: Fuzzy search for metrics containing the entered keyword.

  • Create Metric: When preset metrics are insufficient or custom field analysis is needed, CRM/Report Administrators can create new metrics here.

  • For organizations with multi-timezone enabled:
    • Custom time zones can be assigned during metric creation (default: tenant-level time zone).
    • Time zone selection is locked if the aggregation date field is empty or marked as “non-timezone-aware.”
    • Modifying a metric’s time zone triggers reinitialization.
