Performance Metrics Management


The Metric Management page serves as the central hub for storing and managing your organization’s Subjects and metrics. Accessible exclusively to CRM Administrators and Report Administrators, this page allows you to modify preset metric rules and create new ones based on your analytical needs.

1. Metric Management Page

  • Navigation Paths:
    • CRM → Data Analysis → Metric Management
    • CRM → Data Analysis → Reports → Metric Management

2. Subject List Page

2.1 Available Actions

  • Object: The analysis object under the current Subject list.
  • Status: Current Subject status:
    • Active: Subjects enabled for use.
    • Inactive: Subjects disabled from use.
  • Time Zone: Metrics associated with the selected time zone (visible if multi-timezone functionality is enabled for your organization).
  • Search: Fuzzy search for Subjects containing the specified keyword.
  • Query Unused Metrics: Identifies metrics not currently used in any Chart, allowing you to disable or delete them.

  • Create Subject: When an analysis Subject is missing from Charts, CRM Administrators and Report Administrators can create custom Subjects for the required objects via this menu.

  • Query Unused Metrics: When the custom metric limit is reached, users may accidentally disable active metrics. This feature detects unused metrics for selective action:
    • Disable: Metrics remain visible in the Subject list and can be re-enabled later.
    • Disable and Delete: Metrics are permanently removed from the Metric Management page.

2.2 Additional Operations

  • Display Subject Metric Resources: Shows quota usage for custom Subjects and metrics.

  • Adjust Page Layout: Modify rows per page and table row height—settings apply to the Metric List page as well.

3. Metric List Page

3.1 Available Actions

  • Object: Filters metrics by their target objects.
  • Status:
    • Active: Initialized metrics available for use with visible statistics.
    • Inactive: Disabled metrics unavailable for use.
    • Initializing: Newly added metrics undergoing system initialization (statistics become visible the next day).
    • Trial Data: Temporarily calculates recent data for debugging; full historical data computes overnight.
  • Time Zone: Filters metrics by time zone (visible if multi-timezone is enabled).
  • Search: Fuzzy search for metrics containing the specified keyword.

  • Create Metric: When preset metrics are insufficient or custom field analysis is needed, administrators can create new metrics here.

  • For organizations with multi-timezone enabled:
    • Custom time zones can be assigned during metric creation (default: tenant-level time zone).
    • Time zone selection is disabled when aggregation date is empty or when the date field doesn’t support multi-timezone (fixed to “Business Occurrence Time Zone”).
    • Modifying a metric’s time zone triggers reinitialization.
